A love letter to Covella

A special highlight from this year’s Long Table Dinner came in the form of a beautiful poem delivered by our regular emcee Nick Grivas.
The poem was a special tribute to the community of Covella, capturing the importance of home, the Australian dream, and fostering community connection.
“We all gather here this eve to share stories, share laughter, share joy, over a wine, beer, and a scrumptiously good feed” writes Nick.
