A New Fitness Schedule is Coming to Covella
In November, we’re excited to welcome a new fitness coach to Covella, dedicated to helping community members of all abilities embrace an active and connected lifestyle.
Coach Sam from Fresh&Fit Bootcamp is reimagining how everyone can incorporate active living into their daily routines, no matter their age or experience.
She’ll be hosting FREE weekly outdoor fitness classes at the Open Air Gym on Talbot Drive, taking place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm, and Saturdays at 7:30am. Everyone is welcome to join in and get active together in our beautiful outdoor space!
