Welcoming Home our Newest Neighbours

Last month the latest Covella buyers came together to celebrate the settlement of their land, marking the beginning of their exciting building journey. It was a wonderful morning for everyone to meet and mingle with their soon-to-be neighbours.

With ‘sold’ signs proudly displayed on each block, the Settlement Event was a significant milestone for these families, bringing them closer to calling our charming community home.

Attendees were particularly thrilled to catch a glimpse of Tivoli Park, with the blocks in Stages 20 and 21 just a short stroll from the brand-new play area.

As builds are expected to be completed throughout 2025, we look forward to seeing these friendly faces in our community!
