January 17, 2026 A wonderful morning was had by all Covella Stage 14 residents as they celebrated the settlement of their new land and the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
The event was filled with great conversations, new neighbour connections and delicious treats, alongside lots of big smiles next to each of their “SOLD” signs.
We can’t wait to see this community grow as these new family homes take shape, marking the beginning of a wonderful homebuilding journey… closer to calling Covella home.
