May 02, 2026 Covella was filled with excitement on 2 May as Stage 15 residents came together to celebrate Settlement Day and the start of an exciting new chapter.
The morning brought neighbours together to connect, snap photos with their Sold signs and enjoy morning tea in a relaxed and welcoming community atmosphere. From big smiles to new conversations, the energy was all about celebrating future homes, new friendships and the journey ahead.
We’re thrilled to officially welcome our newest residents to the growing Covella community and can’t wait to see Stage 15 come to life in the months ahead.
