Celebrating our Final Settlement at Covella

Covella was buzzing with excitement on Saturday 23 May as Stage 16 residents came together to celebrate Settlement Day and mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Future neighbours gathered over morning tea to connect, share stories and snap photos in front of their Sold signs as the community welcomed a new wave of friendly and excited faces. The atmosphere was filled with smiles, conversation and anticipation for what’s ahead as residents celebrated this important milestone together.

As the final stage at Covella, Stage 16 marks a special moment in the community’s journey. We’re proud to have been part of bringing Covella to life and look forward to watching the community continue to grow and flourish over the next few years.
