Every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 7:30am

Join us for free weekly fitness bootcamp hosted by Coach Sam at Covella’s Open-Air Gym on Talbot Drive. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting out, these sessions are the perfect way to stay active and meet like-minded locals.

Session times:

  • Tuesdays 5:30pm

  • Thursdays 5:30pm

  • Saturdays 7:30am

Each session includes a motivating full body workout designed to boost your fitness and energy. Bring a water bottle, towel and your enthusiasm!
